Advancing Trans Masculine Rights Through Advocacy and Policy Engagement
Trans Masc Alliance works to ensure that the voices and experiences of trans men and trans masculine gender non-conforming people are represented in human rights, policy, and public discussions across Pakistan. We collaborate with rights-based organizations, civil society movements, and advocacy networks to highlight barriers faced by the community and promote policies grounded in dignity, equality, safety, and bodily autonomy.

- Safety & Protection
Creating Safer Environments Through Confidentiality, Reporting, and Collaboration
Safety and confidentiality are central to our work. Trans men and trans masculine people may face violence, discrimination, harassment, and exclusion in different areas of life. We work to ensure that concerns can be documented responsibly and that individuals can be connected with appropriate support and rights-based networks.
Violence Reporting
We support the documentation and reporting of cases of violence and extremism to relevant civil society and state bodies. Our approach prioritizes the safety, privacy, and informed choices of those affected.
Community Safety & Confidentiality
We treat privacy and confidentiality as essential principles in our communications and community work. Sensitive information is handled with care, with a focus on protecting individuals from further harm or exposure.
Collaborative Protection
We collaborate with rights-based movements, feminist organizations, civil society groups, and other partners to strengthen safety networks and create more supportive environments for trans masculine people across Pakistan.
- Gender & Climate Justice
Connecting Gender Equality, Climate Justice, and Community Wellbeing
Trans Masc Alliance recognizes that climate change and environmental crises can deepen existing inequalities and create additional challenges for marginalized communities. We collaborate with grassroots feminist organizations and other rights-based movements to explore the intersection of gender, climate, health, and social justice.
Mahwari Justice
As part of our community-based work, we packed and distributed 500 menstrual health kits, including 250 donated kits, to underserved communities in Jhuddo, Sindh. The initiative focused on addressing menstrual health needs while supporting dignity and access to essential resources.
Climate & Gender Advocacy
We participate in collaborative initiatives that highlight how climate emergencies can affect gender-diverse communities and amplify the experiences, resilience, and perspectives of trans masculine people.
Arts, Dialogue & Community Learning
We use creative activities, discussions, storytelling, and collaborative learning to create greater awareness around gender, climate resilience, health, and social justice.
